  • Use this form (see below) to contact the POA about an alleged violation of our Deed Covenants in our community. Please review to the Complaint and Violation Policy and Due Process Procedure under Documents. The policy is intended to ensure that complaints regarding, and violations of, the Deed Covenants are dealt with in a timely and transparent manner. The process will be fair, reasonable, consistent and non-discriminatory for all property owners involved and in accordance with the NC Planned Community Act statutes.
