Architectural Review / ECC
If you are considering changes to your home's exterior, including roofing, additions, painting, fencing, garage changes, retaining walls, decking, landscaping, regrading, cutting down trees, etc., you must receive advance approval from the Brannon Forest Environmental Control Committee (ECC). Brannon Forest is a deed-restricted community, and there are some restrictions as to what you can do with your property.
The ECC will respond to you within one week of receiving your request. A letter of approval or rejection with additional information needed on construction requirements will be issued to you before you can start your work.
Current members of the ECC are: John Brandow, Chuck Cummings, and Bill Sebastyn. Michael Kownacki is ECC secretary. (Contact information is included on the submittal form below.)
The ECC looks forward to working with you!
After completing, simply save as .pdf, attach and email to ECC.
