Reserve Clubhouse

 

The Clubhouse offers amazing views, internet connections, kitchen facilities, an expansive deck area and everything you may need to host friends and groups in a comfortable, peaceful setting. The Clubhouse is located at 56 Rockin' Chair Lane, Waynesville, 28785.

 

- Capacity: 98

- Renter must be a Brannon Forest property owner and confirm he/she will be hosting and attending the event at all times. - Renter must also agree to adhere to Clubhouse Rental Policy and Alcohol Consumption Policy.

- A "closed event" is offered to a Brannon Forest property owner for a private, invitation-only event.

- An "open event" is open to any and all Brannon Forest property owners.

- Setup of the event is the responsibility of the renter.

- Fees: Rental fee is $50 (Closed event only) and $100 housekeeping. Note: If the renter cleans the facility within 24 hours after the event, and after a positive inspection by Clubhouse Manager, the housekeeping fee will be returned.
