Who can register on the brannonforest.com website?
Only Brannon Forest property owners can register as members on this website.
I'm a new property owner. How can I register and access my account on the website?
Upon transfer of deed, you will receive a "New Owner's Letter" from the POA Board which will welcome you to the neighborhood, and outline how to access your individual account on the website. Or use the website "Contact Us" to contact the website administrator.
I forgot my password. What now?
If you forget your password, you must use the Forgot Password feature, located on the Login screen. The website will then send you an email to the email address listed in your profile, with a special link to reset your password. (All passwords are stored in an encrypted format, so the website is unable to disclose password information to the site administrator or user.)
Do I have to log-in to see content?
It depends on the type of content. General interest information, such as FAQs, Links of Interest, Upcoming Events, Deed Covenants & Policies, Forms, etc., is available without a log-in and may be of interest to those considering buying a lot or home in Brannon Forest.
Content such as Owners Directory, Photo Albums, POA Meeting Minutes and Financial Reports, etc., is only accessible after a registered Brannon Forest property owner has logged-in.
Can I change my "username" and "password"?
Yes. Once you have logged in under your current "username" and "password" click the "Update My Info" button on the left and you will be prompted to make the changes.
How do I update my Profile?
After you have logged-in, go to Your Profile (located at top of Home Page) and click on Update Profile to ensure your information is accurate. You will see several required fields, including legal address and cell phone number. Complete this information and be sure to click the SAVE button. This information is used by the POA to maintain accurate records for member management, including contact in case of emergency. This information is also used, at your discretion and management, in the Owner's Directory on the website.
In the Your Profile section, you can:

- View Transactions (The Transactions section is where a property owner views private dues' account information.)

The Owner's Directory can only be accessed by Brannon Forest owners after log-in. It is not accessible by the general public. It is entirely your decision as to what to include, or not, including photos.
The Owner's Directory is a popular feature for neighbors to get to know each other. Within the Owner Directory, you can also run filters to find other neighbors with similar interests, for example.
To ensure that your Profile is displayed in Owner's Directory, go to "Update Directory Preferences" in the Profile menu, check "Yes" for "Show Profile" and then indicate your preferences for what information is displayed. When completed, "Save".
