Use this form to contact the Environmental Control Committee if you are anticipating making any changes to your home's exterior, adding a fence, painting/staining, landscaping, cutting down trees, etc. All requests must be approved in advance, according to our Deed Covenants.  

 

Please complete and submit to one of the ECC members who are listed at the bottom of the form. To submit, simply save completed form as .pdf, attach and email to ECC. Alternately, take a photo of completed form and email. 

 

Use this form to reserve the Clubhouse for your upcoming event. The Clubhouse is located at 56 Rockin' Chair Lane, Waynesville, 28785. Please read and agree to Clubhouse Rental Policy and Alcohol Consumption Policy.
